Biogents in Southeast Asia

‘Biogents SEA’ is the official name of the Southeast Asia branch of Biogents AG in Regensburg, Germany.
Biogents AG was founded in 2002 by Dr. Martin Geier and Dr. Andreas Rose.  The objective is to improve mosquito control in an innovative way by targeting mosquitoes specifically and environmentally friendly.
For years they had been working on scents and odors that attract mosquitoes towards us human beings. Scents and odours also play an important part in the behavior of (tropical) mosquitoes in general. In 2002 it was time to bring their findings and discoveries to the market place and Biogents AG was born.
Biogents AG is now known worldwide and has an outstanding name in the scientific and end-consumer community. The company employs 27 people from different nationalities. Click here to find out more about our mother company in Germany.

Biogents SEA

Biogents SEA was established in July 2017 in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The company promotes our products to the Southeast Asian end-consumer market. We do this by creating partnerships with registered Pest Control Operators (PCO’s). The names and contact details of our current agents you find on this page.
At the moment the PCO’s have established service contracts with hotels, restaurants, schools and private households. Although it is possible to install our mosquito traps yourself, we highly recommend using a PCO. Their expertise and knowledge about our products guarantees the best mosquito catch results. Likewise trap maintenance and trap service are out of your hands.
Biogents SEA currently sells its products in Thailand, Cambodia and Singapore. In the last months we have established contacts with PCO’s in Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia.
